Yes. The K20 is built for maximum versatility - modular design covers DN300 to DN2000 with three included quick-change wheel sets (4-inch, 6-inch and 10-inch). Match the wheel size to the pipe for optimal traction and clearance.
How does the system ensure accurate distance measurement and reporting?
An electronic encoder counter on the reel provides precise distance tracking. A gear-matching system syncs the selected wheel size with the software so distance is always calculated correctly, and project data can be overlaid directly onto the video for audit-ready records.
Is the robot durable in flooded sewers or dusty industrial pipes?
Yes. The crawler is IP68 rated - fully submersible and dust-tight - and operates reliably from -20°C to +50°C. The stainless steel bumper and chassis protect against impacts, and the splash-proof reel cart is built for rugged, wet job sites.
How long can it operate on a single charge?
The high-capacity 60V 15Ah lithium-ion battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous operation. Combined with the standard 100 m cable, this typically covers a full productive day of inspections without recharging.
Does the system simplify report generation?
Yes. Project details are entered before recording and burned directly into the video in real time - the video file itself becomes a complete report, with no separate note-taking or post-processing needed.
What if the robot gets stuck or loses signal deep inside a pipeline?
If connection is lost, never pull the cable. The reel cart has a manual retrieval handle - steadily wind the cable back to safely recover the robot without damaging equipment.
