The Workhorse for Large Mains

The PIPESOLV K22 is the series workhorse for DN300–2000 sewer, stormwater and utility mains: a dual-motor six-drive crawler with a 360° rotating camera, 120 m of work distance and tablet wireless control — so crews inspect bigger lines without excavation and without entering the pipe.

360° Vision, Zero Blind Spots

The camera head rotates 360° horizontally and lifts in one touch, so the crown, the invert and every joint in between are captured from a single position. LED fill lights keep cracks, rust and joint displacement visible in deep, dark or murky lines.

Tablet Wireless Control

The operator drives from a high-definition touchscreen tablet at street level — no entry, no crouching, no cable handling in the flow. The live 1080P feed and drive controls sit in one hand.

120 m Per Run

One cable, one run: up to 120 m of continuous inspection before resetting, with one-click screenshots and video captured along the way.

IP68 for the Wet Lines

A fully sealed IP68 chassis keeps the K22 working submerged in high-groundwater storm drains and long-term waterlogged sewers.

Making pipeline inspection simpler and smarter.
In the Field

Working the Line, End to End.

The PIPESOLV K22 through the pipe — drive, camera and control in the real world of sewer and drain inspection.

Wireless Control, Room to Work

Wireless Control, Room to Work

The tablet controller keeps operators out of the flow and at a safe distance, while the 360° rotating camera head reads every joint and offset along the line.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

The questions operators ask most about the PIPESOLV K22 — from line fit to verifying the result.

What is the difference between K22 and the other inspection robots?

The main functions are the same across the series; the key difference is the applicable pipe diameter. K22 covers DN300-2000, K22-B covers DN190-2000 and K22-C covers DN150-2000. K18 and K20 share the same range as K22.

How far can the K22 travel in one run?

Up to 120 m of continuous inspection per run, with one-click report generation and one-click screenshot / video recording along the way.

Can it operate in flooded or waterlogged pipes?

Yes. The IP68 waterproof rating allows the robot to operate submerged, whether in high groundwater storm drains or long-term waterlogged sewage pipes.

How is the robot controlled?

Wirelessly from a high-definition touchscreen tablet - the operator stays at the surface and drives the robot while watching the live 1080P video feed.

How long does a full K22 survey take to set up?

Most crews are inspecting within ten minutes of arrival — the crawler, reel and tablet deploy from a single vehicle, with no trenching and no flow diversion required.

Can the K22 camera reach the crown of a large main?

Yes. The camera head lifts and rotates 360° from the tablet, so crown defects, roof corrosion and joint displacement are all visible without repositioning the crawler.
